What’s New Pussycat!?
Today I have for you a brand spanking new video with some super simple and easy eggsercises to keep your Jade Egg practise nice and fresh. Or, if you”ve hidden her away in your knicker draw, hopefully this little video will encourage you to dig her out and get using her!
She just can”t work her magic, lost and forgotten.
I know life can get in the way, and there never seems enough time. But I really want to encourage you – if only once a week – to commit to some Jade Egg time. I promise the benefits of this little puppy are endless!
Hot Tip
After your evening shower, slip in your egg and casino online do a few egg-cersises before you cover yourself in some sweet smelling lotion and pop into bed. It”s super relaxing and will help ground and connect you more internally after a day full of loads of external pressures. You can even sleep with your Jade Egg in. ( FYI It”s been know to activate some crazy insightful dreaming! )
